is being developed as a joint venture between Prologis Kingspark and the British Land Company PLC, with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. It is a prestigious development on a grand scale with consent for 111,484 sq.m (1.2 million sq.ft) of development in a parkland setting of 68.80 hecatres (170 acres).

Considerable new road infrastructure has been invested at the site to create free-flowing access directly to junction 4 of the M42 motorway. The M42 links directly into the M40 (for the South), M5 (for the south west), M6 North (for the
north west), M6 South (for the M1 South/A14M south east) and the M1 North (for the north east). 8 miles to Birmingham International Airport
. Within the park itself formal avenues are linked by footpaths and cycleways, which in turn provide access to the countryside park.
